NETIA and the RTBF (Radio Télévision belge de la Communauté Francophone) formed a cross-functional team for a friendly and productive work week!

A studious week on strategic operational issues: this was the program of the team of employees from NETIA and the RTBF from 16th to 20th January 2023.An initiative which highlights NETIA’s commitment to reinventing its specialized radio and audio software solutions with those that use it, to accompany the most ambitious and innovative customer projects.

NETIA, a company specialised in the design of automation and audio broadcasting software for radio stations, is proud to announce the progress of its partnership with the RTBF (Radio-Télévision belge de la Communauté Francophone).  A friendly but productive week held at the RTBF from 16th to 20th January 2023, allowed the co-construction of an action plan which illustrates NETIA’s ability to adapt its expertise to all customers projects.

NETIA teams like to work in agile mode. They have the ability to adapt quickly to changes in their customers’ needs, involving them in a shared engineering process to obtain the right results. “We believe in collective intelligence to bring out the best ideas, and this week of work with the RTBF teams was an opportunity to put this conviction into practice,” said Bruno Tezenas du Montcel, NETIA CEO.

During these working days with the RTBF, the NETIA team expects to identify several means of rapid progress, known as ‘quick wins’ to improve existing workflows. “We will also be working on medium- to long-term projects, such as the ambitious new RTBF building. This project represents a important challenge owing to the major innovations that are planned, and NETIA is of course ready to play a full role in contributing to its technical design,” said Bruno Tezenas du Montcel, NETIA CEO.

This partnership, the result of a newfound trust, is already beneficial for both parties. It allows NETIA’s ability to adapt to customer challenges to be fully expressed.
