We can assign a power group to each user by adding in this field the ID of an existing user group (In the table T_User, we add a new field: ID_GROUP_POWER (integrate)).
For each user, the Power groups’ rights assigned are taken into account and overwritten by the rights of the first group.

-User John belongs to Group 2 and has no Power Group.
-User Max belongs to Group 2 and has Group 1 as a Power Group.
In this case, user Max seizes the rights of group 1 except those which have been set on “undefined”. User Max retains the rights which have been defined in his group of origin.

In practice:
In an Editorial Department, it is possible to create user groups for each Topic (Politics, Sport, Economy,…) and “Power Groups” depending on the level of responsibility of each user (freelancers, journalists, editorial chief,…).
