How to modify a schedule

If you want to modify a schedule, you will probably encounter one of the three following cases:

CASE 1: You haven't exported the RamComm schedule to RadioAssist yet (see. RamComm's Export procedure)

In this case, it is very easy to re-schedule a spot. All you have to do is:

- go to 'Identifying' > 'Clients'

- select the contract containing the spot to reschedule

- Repeat the scheduling procedure

Do not forget to click on F10 to validate your changes before you close the contract.

CASE 2: You already have exported RamComm schedule to RadioAssist (playlist is not on air)

Here, things are a little bit trickier as Netia's Federall Service probably ingested RamComm's schedule already. Besides, the odds are that Federall Service also created the playlist containing the spots in RadioAssist.

Indeed, here is what happens when you export a RamComm Schedule:

Therefore, you need to:

1)Stop Federall Service (Contact your administrator),

2)Delete the schedule (DDMMYYYY.txt file) in RamComm's workstation (C:\RADIO_TV\ADV_LIST\*your_AREA_name*),

3)Depending on your Federall Service configuration, you will either need to delete the "ADS" screens in the RadioAssist playlist or in the better case, you will not have to delete them as the new export will overwrite the existing "ADS" screen,

4)Re-schedule your spot,

5)Export your RamComm schedule oll over again,

6)Re-start Federall Service.

7)Re-import the songs into RadioAssist's playlist using Federall module (not to be confused with Federall Service)

Case 3: You already have exported RamComm schedule to RadioAssist (playlist is already on air)

In this situation, the studio technician or people who are authorized to access the Federall module (the playlist editor in RadioAssist (not to be confused with Federall Service) will be able to modify the playlist. Then, the update will be sent to RamComm for billing purposes.
