TLS 1.2 compatibility :

First of all, before disabling SLL V3 + TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1, you must verify that your SQL Server Version is compatible with TLS 1.2.

ODBC Driver Compatibility :

During this procedure, you will have to disable/enable the protocol on Operating System Clients and also to change the ODBC driver on OS clients from « SQL Server ODBC Driver » to « SQL Server Native client 11 »

The SQL Server Native Client 11 is compatible with:

Operating system client from windows vista to windows 10

Operating system client from Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows Server 2019
