To play the content of the cut (between the blue and the yellow lines), click on the following icon:

 

If the cut duration lasts for more than 4 seconds, only 2 seconds after the blue line and 2 seconds before the yellow line will be played.

 

NB : if you do a right-click on the icon, you play between the blue and the yellow lines in a loop.
