When installing the MosGateway software the following software are installed:

•Microsoft Visual C ++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package

•MSXML 4.0 SP3 Parser

 

As for "Microsoft .NET Framework 4", the installer checks its presence and displays an error message if it is missing on the system.
