Profile 6 : MOS redirection.
This profile provides the toolset for item containing media object to be included in a manner that the message is sent to other media server than the one it has been created on. This information allows servers to automatically transfer objects between machines implementing the MOS protocol.
Use case: Transfer elements between site A and site B when an item on site A is used in a rundown from site B. The element will be automatically transferred to site B.
Paralellism :
Use Async Process: Using the concept of asynchronous file search on remote databases.
Async Process Number: Number of simultaneous search channels.
IMPORTANT: Not all NRCS tools support this feature.
Video Redirection :
Works in the same way as a regular redirection, but the audio is first extracted as an ffmpeg file and then converted to compatible audio via the NETIA engine.
Video Type1Item : ID tab of destination in RadioAssist.
Import format: Use the same format as for Radio Assist. Choose the format from the drop-down list.
Allowed Video MosId (use ":" separator): List of allowed sources for video redirection. Enter the NRCS MosId.
Path Mapping :
Change the file path on the remote NRCS.
Src (Source): Address or part of the address to modify.
Dest (Destination): Address or part of the address that will replace the part entered in Src (Source).
