•The NETIA system must use a dual database system using SQL Server 2008 or later (the steps below are based on SQL server 2014 Standard edition, but any later version should also be supported).

•The database pattern for synchronised tables (T_ITEM, T_EDIT, T_RTF) must be identical.

•All NETIA client's applications must be configured to use Dual ODBC connection mode (“WorkMode = 0”).

•The system should already be in good health when setting up the delivered SQL script (database must not be already heavily desynchronised).
