Once the external support has been validated, the software will explore the database following the periodicity specified in the setup.

The software scanning operation (as it is looking for elements to archive) is represented by an animated icon.  During this lapse of time where the program works as a background task, the software can perfectly be "forgotten" while other applications can be activated simultaneously on the same computer.
