You'll need to create all the Hour-Points needed for your second channel.
Go to 'Identifying' > 'Tables' then select Hour-Points
Click on F2.
Hour : Numerical compulsory in HH:MM format.
Max spot : Maximum number of spot for that passage.
Max length : Maximum global length of the spots.
Song : If selected, it will insert a song from a particular gender.
Gender : The field appears only if Song is selected.
Linked : If selected it links the spot passage with the previous one during the broadcast.
Advertising Type : It shows if it is possible to insert only spots, only promo (not table advertising) or both, for
every hour point. Making double click on the days of the week the will be enabled or disabled.
Spot Type : With this option is possible to specify what kind of spot must be scheduled on every hour point.
Same values : If selected every information inserted on the single day will be related even on the other
days.
Priority : Numerical optional. By default it suggests the value 0 (zero).
It shows on which priority the hour in question must be filled during the advertising
scheduling.
With 0 you set the maximum priority, with 9 the minimum.
First it will fill the hours with the highest priority (0), then, when they reach the maximum
scheduling time, the program will fill the hours with the next priority (1,2...).
In order to use this function you must enable the option that makes impossible the
overcoming of the maximum set of the hour point, that can be set in Utility -> Setup ->
Advertising.
Open Bip : NC
Close Bip : NC
Min. length : NC
Start Date – End Date:
It is possible to limit the use on an hour only to some defined periods. Enter in these two
fields the start and end date of these periods. You must set these hours for every area,
however, it is possible to copy them from an area to another one (if they must not be
changed).
Click on F10 to validate.
You can copy the Hour-Points from one channel to another by using the F11.
Go the the empty Hour-Points screen, click on F11, the name of the fully filled Hour-Points channel appears, select it and it will copy all the Hour-Points
BE CAREFUL : The use of the F11 must be done in the right order. Otherwise you will delete your source.
