To set a fade out :

 

•Place the playhead where you want to start the fade out.

 

•Click on the "Start fade out point" icon :

 

 

 

Then, place playhead where you want to end the fade out.

 

•Click on the "End fade out point" icon :

 

 

 

To reajust the 2 points of the fade out, click and drag them.
