The ODBC Parameters button allows you to declare the connections to the main and backup databases, using the ODBC data source or DBShare as a reference.
Once you have clicked on the "ODBC Parameters" button, the following Database setup window appears.
The display will be different depending on the "Database Mode" used :
1- When using an ODBC connection to the database or a "Cluster" connection, select in the DSN menu the primary database. Then we put the user name and password.
2- When using a "Double ODBC" connection to the database or a "Replication", select in the DSN menu the primary database and the second database. For both of them then put the user name and password.
Clic on to save and exit.
Clic on to exit without saving.
Refresh Timer : allows you to configure the automatic refreshing which is performed every "x" seconds in order to search for files to convert or to export. By default the value is 300 seconds and 30 seconds minimum.
Priority : allows you to define how much machine power can be allocated to Dispatcher depending on whether there are other applications installed or not.
AutoStart : allows you to activate the conversion automatic start-up as soon as Dispatcher is launched.
Use Mail : This email service will, at the end of every converted file, an email to specified recipient. Regardless if it's an error or a success.
When the box is ticked, a button is available :
Click on the button for the setup.
Default mail : Contains the default mail used if the "Use Default Mail" option is enabled. It is possible to put several recipients. See "Address Column" for syntax.
Adress Column : Allows you to specify the field of the T_ITEM table containing the emails of the recipients for the item concerned by the conversion. The correct spelling and choice of the field is at the discretion of the user.
It is possible to put several recipients by separating them with semi-colon: test@test.com; test@tesst.com.
Use Default Mail : Check the box to either use the default email for all items, or use the emails contained in the field specified in "Address Column".
SMTP Adress : Contains the SMTP server address needed to send emails.
Login : SMTP login
Password : SMTP password.
