ID detection
On receipt of this frame, an interface present (other than DDO12 or DDO120) immediately responds with a presence frame.
This frame differs from a normal frame by the presence of a key code equal to 7E hex in the last byte.
It also returns the STATUS OF NON-FUGITIVE CONTACTS at the time of detection.
