Click on the button 
to access the configuration window for sending messages over the phone.
Use Phone reaction? : Activate the sending of messages by phone.
Call phone number : to enter the number to call. Attention, it is also by this number that will be recorded the warning message.
Play file : enter the name of the alert message file and save button
Use COM port : to enter the COM port number where the modem is connected.
Max call length (s): to inform the maximum duration of the communication between the line-taking and the hang-up by AlarmManager.
Confirm the settings with the "OK" button, or cancel with the "Cancel" button.
Attention: for the recording of the warning message: indicate the call number, give a name to the message, then press the record button. The phone corresponding to the number indicated starts ringing. Pick up and save the message. To hang up. Press OK.
Note :
Maximum ring time without stall : 30 seconds.
If the number is busy or does not correspond to a telephone line: hang up.
