If this option is deactivated, the playlist will start with the next "On time" screen

 

If this option is activated, AirDDO will start the playlist with the next step which planed time is the closest to current time. If "Time based play of items" is ticked, AirDDO will start positionned in the middle of the item which was suppose to be played at that specific time.
