Enable to Add Item by Drag and Drop : Allows you to drag and drop items in the playlist.
Lock duplicate Item by Drag and Drop : Whether or not to copy items by dragging and dropping from a playlist to anther playlist. (From the current playlist displayed, but also from the tools part: On Air Follow Up and Playlist Modifications)
