This function is used to add items to the playlist in the "On Air Follow Up" tab in AirDDO.
•ALL : All items will be shown
•RTB : Items with only this flag will be shown.
•Broadcastable : Items with only this flag will be shown.
•RTB and Broadcastable : Items with these 2 flags will be shown.
•RTB or Broadcastable : Items with, at least, one of these 2 flags will be shown.
•RTB and NOT Broadcastable : Items with these 2 flags will be shown.
This feature allows you to choose what will be displayed for the items in the cartsatck.
For example, for the "News" category, it will be String_1 (String_2)
