Display or not this button in the "On air follow up" tab. The user can reposition the locked playlist while broadcasting, compared to the time in AirDDO.
For example : If it's 10:00 on the player and that one of the sounds in the playlist is scheduled to be broadcasted at 9:59 and the next one at 10:05, the playlist will be positioned on 10:05.
