Aware that it is not enough to develop well-designed and reliable products, NETIA offers a range of services to meet your requirements.
Before proposing a system and installation, our team of engineers first studies your requirements to suggest the best possible solution.
NETIA takes charge of setting up your new installation gradually, without any interruption to your broadcasting work. Two test stages, one on our test platform and one on your premises, ensure that the system is perfectly commissioned.
Learning how to use new workstations is vital for the success of changing over to a digital system. The NETIA training department devises special training programmes for new users. Due to the ergonomically designed and easy-to-use workstations, users will find they gain rapidly in proficiency and creativity.
The NETIA service does not stop with installation. Further to all the security guarantees, a range of maintenance contracts offer you the promise of remote action by NETIA in the shortest possible time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. NETIA Customers and partners have access to an Extranet which has the latest software versions, technical and product documentation, commercial and technical newsletters, latest features, FAQ, installation CDs etc.
To respond exactly to your requirements, NETIA has designed Radio-Assist 8 as a modular set of programs. Its ease of adaptation allows you to choose your own modules, configure user categories, specify file types and so forth. Each radio station can thus build its own system on the basis of its working habits. These choices can always be revised as Radio-Assist 8 is totally open-ended.
A new software from NETIA's R&D department allows fast and reliable conversion and compression of very high quality sound.
This means that the Radio-Assist 8 range works with Direct X compatible sound boards. The sound board market today has many quality products be they for the general public, semi-professional or professional use.
Radio-Assist is already available in the most widely used languages (thanks to Unicode format): German, English, Arabic, Korean, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Dutch, Portuguese, Turkish, etc.
